Maintenance reduces downtime and extends the life of your sewing machine. We clean lint and dust, lubricate according to the service schedule, calibrate tension and feed, check the hook/bobbin area and needle system, and replace consumables when needed. For ateliers and small production we offer scheduled visits and priority service.
During maintenance we:
• lint and dust removal from key areas • cleaning the hook/bobbin and needle area • checking fasteners, play/backlash and wear signs
• upper/lower thread tension calibration • feed system tuning and presser foot pressure • timing check and mechanism synchronization
• belt/pulley and drive condition check • motor and pedal test, stable speed control • checking contacts, connectors and lights
• consumables replacement when needed (upon approval) • recommendations for needles/threads/feet by fabric • fabric test + care tips between service visits
1. Send a request (brand/model, symptoms, photos/video if possible). 2. We diagnose and confirm the cause, options, required parts (if any), quote & timeline. 3. We repair/calibrate or match parts + warranty.
